We are looking for a Master Frontend Engineer/Architect with deep expertise in React to take a strategic role in shaping how modern frontend applications are built across our entire organization. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside other senior engineers and architects to define scalable, reusable, and maintainable React patterns, libraries, and best practices from the ground up.
You’ll play a key role in guiding the technical direction of our frontend ecosystem, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between frontend, backend-for-frontend (BFF) layers,



and broader architecture principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition of React architecture patterns, component libraries, and development guidelines across multiple product teams.
- Work closely with architects and senior developers to establish coding standards, performance benchmarks, and scalable solutions.
- Support the evaluation and selection of the BFF technology stack (Node.js or C#), ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.
- Serve as a mentor and technical reference for other engineers, driving best practices in React development.
- Collaborate with Design, Backend, and DevOps teams to ensure consistency, performance, and accessibility in all UI implementations.
- Promote a culture of clean code, testing, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
