Job Description

As a Brands Administrator (Admin I), you will support Sales and cross‑functional teams through accurate data entry, organized documentation, seamless communication, and consistent execution of core administrative tasks. You will manage more complex workflows, operate with minimal supervision, and ensure smooth internal and external coordination.

The Qualifications We Seek




- 1 to 3 years' relevant experience
- GED or High School Equivalent Qualification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Teams; Sage 500 experience a plus
- Self‑starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Open and adaptable to the sexual wellness industry

Physical Demand
- Sedentary work; occasional walking, standing, and heavy lifting during showroom and tradeshow prep

Your Daily Tasks
- Perform data entry for orders, sample requests, returns, and credits
- Support assigned Sales Reps with document creation, updates, and task follow‑through
- Monitor personal and shared inboxes; respond to internal/external emails
- Submit credit card payment requests or process prepaid orders per SOP
