Job Description

Sutherland is seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, supporting software implementations, and delivering high-quality solutions across enterprise customer environments. This role requires strong analytical skills, customer interaction experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. The idóneo candidate will collaborate closely with customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer outcomes.

The Business Analyst performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following:
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements across customer projects and initiatives.
- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define business processes, application requirements, integrations, reporting needs, dashboards, metrics, and data mapping requirements.




- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and project documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support software implementation activities including application configuration, data analysis, testing activities, and deployment support.
- Perform data analysis activities using SQL, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to validate business requirements and support project delivery.
- Develop use cases, test scenarios, test plans, and test datasets to support quality assurance and customer acceptance testing activities.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams throughout testing phases to ensure successful validation and solution delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including business requirements, process documentation, test plans, design specifications, and lessons learned.
