Job Description
As a Marketing Specialist, you will design, execute, and optimize multichannel strategies that build targeted audiences and support lead generation goals. You'll own email marketing, database growth, campaign optimization, and nurturing sequences that convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong email marketing and audience segmentation skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and B2B enrichment platforms.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven optimization experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred
- Experience aligning campaigns with sales objectives.
