About the Role





The Associate Quality Designer position will require you to guide quality practices across QV by working with Development, Tech and Production partners. You will report to the QA Development Manager and work with multiple partners to agree on the quality and feedback of new features, ensuring a thoughtful and team-driven approach to delivering a high-quality player first experience.

You will work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia.

Quality Strategy and Test Planning
- Lead quality process for assigned features and create test plans to ensure end-to-end coverage, while identifying risks throughout development
- Help evolve the team's tools and processes with a focus on expanding capabilities and responsibilities, along with introducing more efficient and accurate practices
- Promote a "player-oriented" approach by providing qualitative feedback during game testing to identify design and usability issues, contributing to a more enjoyable player experience
