Finance Business Partner Specialist – FP&A;

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Finance Business Partner to join our team, supporting Marsh operations, the Global Capability Center (GCC), and projects across the region. This strategic role acts as a key financial advisor and business partner, working closely with regional and general leaders to ensure financial discipline, insightful analysis, and effective decision-making aligned with our operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial contact and trusted advisor for regional Operations, Projects and Other Businesses
- Collaborate with functional leaders, finance stakeholders, and project teams to support planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Lead the control and monitoring of financial performance, focusing on forecast accuracy and budget management.




- Support the Forecast and Budget processes, ensuring timely and accurate planning and reporting.
- Lead the analysis of business cases, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Act decisively with sound financial judgment, providing insights and recommendations to keep projects and operations on track.
- Facilitate clear communication between regional and global teams, ensuring alignment on financial goals and performance.
- Support the forecast and budget processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Over 5 years of experience in FP&A; or financial analysis within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
