Role
The Operations Associate (Deal Term Analytics) will work within Octus’ Deal Term Analytics team and be based in our Bogotá office.
The role is adecuado for someone who has graduated university and is interested in learning within the financial services, legal and/or data sectors. It will appeal to an enthusiastic person with a strong attention to detail, who has a desire to learn and thrives in a growing and dynamic environment.
This is a critical role supporting the coverage of Octus’ Deal Term Analytics product, which is the data backbone of Octus’ covenant analysis services.
Responsibilities
- Tracking the syndicated loan and high yield bond primary markets using multiple proprietary data feeds
- Review deal documentation to identify key features
- Create database records for new transactions
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance processes related to private documents
- Permission entitled clients to private information
- Maintain records of market coverage
- Partner with Octus’ covenant operations team and legal anal
