Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE programs, ensuring successful delivery through effective governance, planning, and execution.
- Manage program dependencies, risks, milestones, financials, KPIs, and executive reporting while coordinating offshore and onshore teams.
- Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to drive cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence.
- Improve service reliability through automation, observability, incident reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT services, infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology delivery, including 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) programs.
- Strong expertise in program governance, wave-based planning,



execution tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional, offshore, and onshore engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive leadership and customer-facing teams.
- Experience managing cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE principles, cloud operations, and enterprise delivery methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Spanish language proficiency is required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer‑centric delivery skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
