We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team at Bayit Management. The idóneo candidate will have a background in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, and a strong desire to grow within the field.

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations by recording, analyzing, and reporting financial data, as well as assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day financial records and accounting transactions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and related tasks.
- Review and analyze transactions from Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure they are accurately coded and recorded. Work with the AR team to investigate, resolve, and/or report any discrepancies.
- Record vendor invoices in the system and ensure proper use of the correct General Ledger (GL) accounts.
- Maintain financial statements from banks and other financial institutions for comprehensive reporting.




- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts as part of the monthly closing process.
- Process all invoices for payment and ensure all creditor payments are made accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Resolve finance-related issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Assist with internal and external audits, as well as annual tax return preparation.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required).
- Prior work experience in a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as RealPage, and familiarity with QuickBooks, Expensify, and Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
