We are currently seeking an Internal Auditor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the Company's internal control system and recommend improvements to strengthen the overall control environment.
- Assess compliance with corporate policies, internal procedures, company guidelines, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Plan, execute, and document operational, financial, and compliance audits in accordance with the annual audit plan and professional auditing standards.
- Identify, assess, and evaluate operational, financial, and compliance risks that may impact business objectives and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Review the effectiveness of internal controls and evaluate whether they adequately address identified risks.
- Conduct special audits, investigations, and ad hoc reviews as requested by management.




- Evaluate operational and financial processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, reliability, and compliance with internal policies.
- Assess the appropriate use of company resources and contribute to the safeguarding of corporate assets.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational performance.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans and validate the effectiveness of remediation activities.
- Prepare clear, objective, and timely audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to Senior Management and Corporate Governance bodies.
- Provide independent and objective advisory services to Management on internal controls, governance, risk management, and process improvements.
- Promote a culture of integrity, compliance, risk awareness, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
