The Calibration: Working with clients to rewrite the rules of their job descriptions based on what the market actually looks like today.
The Metrics: Using data to track performance (time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction) and proactively smashing bottlenecks before they happen.
An Experienced Partner: You have 5+ years in account management or recruiting within professional services.
A Relationship Builder: You have a proven track record of turning "clients" into "long-term partners."
Data-Fluent: You don't just guess; you use metrics to drive decisions and recommendations.
