About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Marketing & Operations Project Coordinator who can support a fast-growing e-commerce retail brand based out of Los Angeles and its founderby owning execution across marketing initiatives, trade shows, content projects, and internal coordination, while also providing light executive support where it helps streamline the business.
The idóneo candidate has a background in marketing and/or project management, is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces without constant direction.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Project Management
- Coordinate marketing initiatives such as trade shows, presentations,
content creation, and campaigns.
- Build and maintain simple project plans to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholders stay aligned.
- Work with designers, video creators, and external partners to move projects forward.
- Support the preparation of marketing assets, presentations, and materials.
Trade Shows & Events
- Support trade show planning and execution by: Understanding requirements and objectives, managing timelines and deliverables, coordinating booth design, materials, and presentations and ensuring follow-ups are documented and executed.
Content & Brand Support
- Help coordinate content creation efforts (video, social, marketing assets).
- Assist in building and maintaining content calendars.
- Support publishing or scheduling content when needed.
- Ensure brand consistency across materials and channels.
Operational & Executive Support
- Help manage the founders inbox by organizing
