About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, resilient, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our business development efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities through a combination of cold calling, inbound lead follow-up, email outreach, and prospecting activities. You will play a critical role in building relationships with potential corporate clients and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team.





This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving goals and earning commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and qualify potential clients
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales team
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
- Manage and update CRM records accurately
- Qualify prospects based on company needs and hiring potential
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Track outreach performance and pipeline metrics
