What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented problem solver to join us as a Sales Compensation Analyst. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our sales incentive programs, making sure the math works and our team gets paid accurately.

You’ll be digging into data,



fixing processes, and acting as the bridge between Sales, Finance, and our technical teams. If you have a passion for collaboration, an eagle eye for detail, and the patience to stay calm and positive when facing complex challenges, we’d love to have you on the team.What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Sales Team: Be the reliable go-to resource for the sales organization, helping them track targets and understand their data. You'll also maintain smooth, clear communication with both internal sales reps and external partners.
- Manage & Organize Data: Own the collection, organization, and ongoing maintenance of all sales performance and compensation data.
- Investigate & Solve Problems: Put your passion for problem-solving to work. You'll dig into data discrepancies and collaborate closely with Finance, Product, and Technical teams to troubleshoot and fix daily operational roadblocks.
