? What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage daily caregiver schedules to ensure excellent service delivery
- Act as a key liaison between caregivers, clients, and the Office Manager
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
- Handle incoming calls and messages in a friendly and solutions-driven manner
- Process referrals accurately and efficiently
- Perform payroll-related tasks (timesheet verification, telephony updates, data entry)




- Maintain accurate caregiver records in ClearCare/WellSky
- Monitor service quality and proactively address concerns
- Support sales, marketing, and client relationship efforts
- Participate in on-call coordination when needed
- Ensure all interactions reflect professionalism and company values

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or related industry
- Strong background in scheduling and/or customer service
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a high-demand environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Experience with WellSky (ClearCare) is a plus
