About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who is highly skilled in solving complex problems, crafting intuitive user experiences, and driving design excellence across enterprise-grade products. You will be a key contributor in shaping the product vision for user-centered supply chain planning systems alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and Executive stakeholders.
This role is idóneo for a designer who has experience working on data-heavy, workflow-driven enterprise software built for line of business users, and who thrives in environments where deep systems thinking, clarity, and user empathy matter. You will regularly engage directly with users to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and ensure the solutions we design meaningfully improve their day-to-day workflows. You will mentor other designers, influence product strategy, and elevate design quality across multiple initiatives.

What you’ll do
- Drive end-to-end design for major product areas—from discovery through delivery.
- Lead problem framing, customer research, conceptual exploration,



and iterative validation.
- Design & Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready specs.
- Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap definition, requirements, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and UX fidelity.
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and field observations.
- Contribute to the improvement and evolution of our design system across components, patterns, and documentation.
- Advocate for the user experience and influence decisions with clarity, insight, and data.
- Develop a deep understanding of retail, supply chain, and enterprise workflows (if not already experienced).
