About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Recruiter specialized in U.S. markets to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the United States, sourcing top-tier talent, and partnering closely with hiring managers to support business growth.

The idóneo candidate has strong experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles, understands the expectations and pace of the American hiring market, and can confidently manage multiple requisitions across different industries or departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based positions from intake to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture fit




- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Present qualified candidate summaries and recommendations to hiring managers
- Manage ATS workflows and maintain accurate recruiting records and reporting
- Negotiate compensation packages and assist with offer management
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay current on U.S. labor market trends, recruiting best practices, and competitive hiring strategies

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience focused on U.S. markets
- Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies or clients
- Strong understanding of U.S. hiring standards, interview processes, and employment practices
- Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpers
