General Purpose

To understand, improve, standardize, and optimize the production processes of extrusion plants, ensuring KPI compliance through technical process knowledge, root cause analysis methodologies, and Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement tools, while ensuring adherence to health, safety, environmental policies, code of ethics, and other applicable company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve OEE by optimizing availability, performance, and quality.
- Reduce setup times using SMED and standardize processes.
- Ensure high equipment availability in coordination with Maintenance and define improvement actions.
- Meet performance standards, identify bottlenecks, and eliminate them.
- Ensure products meet quality requirements and customer specifications.
- Control and meet process conversion costs.
