PURPOSE:
Perform real estate administration and negotiation functions for those portfolios of marketing sites that are owned by third parties and marketed by the company. Work with internal groups (legal, sales, ops, asset management, compliance, among others).
FUNCTIONS:
- Review of sites and follow-up of contacts in all sectors, included call calls and partners networking - Public and Private
- Management and execution of documentation of Real Estate Partners, owners / managers of land for the contracting of sites for the installation of telecommunication equipment, Outdoor and Indoor. Public and Private.
- Preparation of Commercial Proposals, Preparation of documents and information.
- Review the information of the Real Estate Partner and the commercial proposal that is correct in the Contracts.
- Follow-up of documents and contract signatures.
- Sending documentation to where it is required.




- Follow-up and execution of the process that must be carried out from the beginning of the request for the site by each client or Partner until the signing of all contracts and minutes of start of work or adjustments and / or installation of communications equipment.
- Crossing the sites of the operator requests with the inventory of PTI sites
- Request to update the assets of Partners frequently
- Keep up to date the sites authorized by Partners to be marketed with operators in the internal tools of the company.
- Communication with owners and partners on a routine basis to confirm information from sites related and integrated into the PTI inventory.
- Support negotiation of land leases and modifications to land and obtain guarantees from owners as needed for PTI financing opportunities.
- Forward all legal matters to the Legal Department to comply with obligations related to legal matters arising from discussions with owners and following PTI's acquisition of towers and land. Reques
