Sales Expert BOGOTÁ

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The role focuses on contacting users of a transportation platform, guiding them through the registration process, and supporting them in completing their first use of the platform. The main objective is to successfully onboard users and help them become active income-generating partners on the platform.
What you’ll be doing:
- Persuasion skills
- Manage and attend to business clients, offering solutions adapted to their commercial needs.
- Combine sales strategies with quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle information about mobile services, fixed connectivity, fiber optics and commercial solutions effectively.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- B2+ or higher
- Problem-solving skills
- At least 6 months of experience in sales (in BPO Industry or selling intangible products)
- Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide comprehensive attention to clients

- Site: Connecta - Av Calle 26 92-32 Bogotá
- Schedules training : Monday to Friday 06:00AM- 03:00PM 3 weeks // Nesting Monday to Friday 09:00-05:30pm 3 weeks.
- Schedules OPS: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 06:00pm WEEKENDS OFF.
- Salary: COP $2.700.000
