About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Paid Search to lead the paid search function for a portfolio of high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.

This position operates full-time during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours,



making it idóneo for professionals who are comfortable working an Australia-based schedule while collaborating directly with executive stakeholders and clients.

This is not a traditional PPC specialist or Google Ads operator role. We are looking for someone who can operate as the owner of the paid search channel. This person should combine exceptional technical expertise with strong client communication skills and the ability to independently manage day-to-day performance, optimization, reporting, and client relationships.

The ideal candidate is truly director-level: equally comfortable building sophisticated Google Ads account structures, leading client conversations, presenting performance insights, and making strategic execution decisions without requiring constant oversight.
