Job title: Junior Project Manager (GSC), CAT US Control TowerJob location: GSC BOG (Colombia)The Junior Project Manager (GSC), CAT US Control Tower is instrumental in ensuring that we are developing and delivering solutions that enhance the customer experience for CAT on every shipment, everyday.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:CAT Shipment Validation in CW1:Account CodeService CodeService LevelCommodityCountry Pair / LaneIncotermsConsignee and Ultimate Ship-To detailsReview and validate all applicable charges and feesEnsure fuel calculations use vigente weight and freight charges use chargeable weight.Check assessorial charges and special fees based on Rate Card requirements.Review shipment margin in the Profit & Loss tab for GP compliance.Charges should be autopulled in the billing tabs, if not then we reach out to HOP team for correctionCAT Shipment Validation in CW1 - Exception HandlingIf documents are missing, request documents from station.If audit discrepancies are found, on document notify station for correction.If margin is outside tolerance, place shipment in WRK status with Pending GP Review.Escalate unresolved issues to station contacts as per escalation matrix.Supports the coordination, status reporting, and stability of customer interactions, ensuring that goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope,
and resource requirements for CAT air freight shipmentsProvide clear and concise project stakeholder communication, as well as internal team communicationIdentifies issues affecting work progress and recommends solutions with assistanceEnsures alignment of business deliverables and organization’s goals and objectivesWork closely with DGF CAT US Control Tower team to ensure harmonized product roll-out and end-to-end solution delivery (origin & destination)SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:Previous experience working in a large enterprise as a Junior Project Manager in complex multinational organizationsPrevious Air Freight and Project Management experienceAbility to handle complex situations with customers and multiple responsibilities simultaneously mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands on the operationsDemonstrated ability to solve business problemsExcellent English written and oral communicationKeen attention to detail with strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentIntermediate understanding of Air freight services and Project ManagementDeveloped problem solving and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills, capacity to establish and maintain strong relationshipsStrong background in data analysis and performance metrics#J-18808-Ljbffr
