consultation and cost estimates for assignment transfer.Support payroll and tax compliance process with outside tax vendor and payroll team.Works closely with outside vendor to manage all international relocationsConsults and provides relocation related expertise to hiring managers, recruiters, and business partners to facilitate their use of relocation policies, procedures, and practicesAssist accounting and payroll in the reporting and management of relocation accrualsIdentify opportunities to build know-how and leverage best practices for continuous improvement on General MobilityEnsure adherence to corporate compliance, legal, and regulatory standardsProvides ongoing reports, and cost analysis to assist management decision-making processEnsure operations and processes are both efficient and scalableRequired QualificationsBachelor degreeFluent EnglishMinimun 2 years of experience in HR focus, finance, compliance, service center, governabilityAvailability to travelFollow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
