Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid (Based on Business Requirements)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleAceolution is hiring an experienced Finance Process Trainer - AP, AR & GL for our internal project in Medellín, Colombia.We are looking for a finance professional with strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes, along with experience in training, coaching, and developing finance operations teams.The idóneo candidate will be responsible for delivering process training, creating learning materials, supporting new hire onboarding, and driving operational excellence through effective coaching and continuous improvement. Finance process trainer roles commonly combine domain expertise with training delivery, SOP development, assessments, and performance coaching.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver training on AP, AR, and GL finance processes.Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for finance operations teams.Develop training materials, SOPs, process guides, and knowledge documents.Assess trainee performance and provide coaching feedback.Train teams on invoice processing, reconciliations, payments, collections,



and reporting processes.Identify knowledge gaps and recommend process improvements.Collaborate with Finance Managers, Operations, and Quality teams to improve performance.Ensure compliance with finance policies, accounting standards, and client requirements.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in finance operations with hands-on experience in:Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)General Ledger (GL)Prior experience in finance training, coaching, mentoring, or team support.Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance workflows.Experience with:CollectionsAccount reconciliationsMonth-closing activitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems.Preferred QualificationsExperience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS).Experience training international teams.Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.Experience creating SOPs and process documentation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
