Role SummaryThe Senior OCM Analyst leads change management workstreams for HR and enterprise initiatives. This role develops and executes change strategies that prepare employees and leaders for new systems, processes, and ways of working while partnering with project teams and stakeholders to drive adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute change management plans including communications, training, and adoption strategiesConduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify risks and audience needsCreate communication strategies that prepare and motivate employees to adopt changeDesign role based training materials and enablement resourcesTranslate complex project inputs into structured change approaches and implementation plansPartner with project teams and stakeholders to support successful implementationMonitor adoption metrics and develop dashboards or reports that communicate change progress and risksFacilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops,
