Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting: Research target corporate accounts, map key decision-makers, and build structured lead lists.
Multi-Channel Engagement: Execute high-volume outreach sequences using cold calling, customized LinkedIn messaging, and strategic email cadences.
Fearless Pitching: Master phone calls and elevator pitches to overcome gatekeepers, uncover pain points, and spark interest.
Meeting Generation: Schedule high-impact discovery calls for senior sales leadership, ensuring seamless handover notes.
CRM Discipline:



Utilize HubSpot daily to track lead interactions, run cadences, and keep pipeline data accurate.
Content Matchmaking: Partner with internal delivery teams to tailor relevant insights and pitches directly to prospect corporate challenges.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: ~2 years of proven hands-on experience in B2B pre-sales, prospecting, or business development.
Cold Calling Grit: Completely comfortable making direct phone calls and turning cold contacts into interested leads.
