The Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3+ years of experience to join our team at FullStack.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for researching new accounts,



identifying key stakeholders, contacting prospects, and scheduling qualified meetings within an established ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). You’ll quickly become an expert at researching the nuances within our customer profiles that make a company a great fit for our services.

Using a proven, multi-channel process (email, LinkedIn, texting, and selective cold-calling), you’ll build relationships and schedule meetings for our Inside Account Executives. As you master our sales engine and build product knowledge, you’ll unlock pathways for career advancement.

We utilize modern sales and AI tech stacks, including Apollo, G-Suite, DialPad, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, and advanced VOIP systems.

What We're Looking For
