Overview
We are excited to offer a 1-year paid JavaScript Developer Trainee Program for individuals passionate about technology and web development. This program is designed for motivated people eager to kickstart their career in software engineering. During the first year, you will receive structured training on core JavaScript concepts, front-end and back-end frameworks, and modern development tools. Upon completing the training year,
you will move into a 1-year practice period as a Junior JavaScript Developer, gaining hands-on experience in real-world projects. High performers during the practice year will be offered a permanent full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Learn the fundamentals from the ground up.
Participate in structured training covering JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React and Node.js. Learn to use key development tools like Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Complete learning milestones through Codecademy courses for foundational skills in JavaScript and related technologies.
Do real work, not just exercises.
Assist in building features and fixing bugs under the guidance of senior developers. Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions to understand development best practices. Complete small projects to reinforce your learning in both front-end and back-end development.
