Summary of the role:
As a Service Reliability Engineer/DevOps Engineer you will be working on projects or day to day operational activities aimed to ensure the reliability of the applications in the Airlines Business Unit (Digital, Offer, Order).

In this role you’ll:
- Ensure reliability, automation, operability,



performance, and cost‑efficiency for critical airline products (traveler touchpoints, offer and order management).
- Work closely with integral teams (Europe, US, APAC) and actively contribute to the Follow‑the‑Sun (FTS) operational model supporting Digital, Offer and Order applications.

About the ideal candidate:
- Strong experience in Linux environments, networking fundamentals, troubleshooting.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Argo Workflows).
- Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
- Observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting: Python, Shell, Go, or equivalent.
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, caches, databases (Couchbase, Oracle, MariaDB, MongoDB…) and event streaming (Kafka).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (change, incident
