What Will You Do?
✅ Manage full-cycle recruitment and specialized hiring processes.
✅ Design and implement talent sourcing and attraction strategies.
✅ Develop executive search, hunting, and networking strategies for critical positions.
✅ Advise leaders and managers on talent acquisition and hiring decisions.
✅ Analyze recruitment metrics and develop continuous improvement plans.
✅ Conduct competency-based interviews and apply assessment methodologies.
✅ Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
✅ Perform market research, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping.
What Are We Looking For?
? Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.
? Preferred: Specialization or certification in Human Talent Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or related disciplines.
? Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, specialized recruitment, or corporate hiring process
