Position Overview
Aclarian is seeking a Business Analyst & Scrum Master to support the coordination and delivery of software development work across our Product, Development, QA, and Implementation teams. This role combines agile delivery coordination with business requirements analysis.
The successful candidate will lead sprint ceremonies, track development follow-up, review client and internal discussions, and help translate approved business requirements into clear, actionable Jira tickets. This role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly,



and can turn complex or incomplete information into structured development requirements.
The position will begin as an hourly independent contractor role, with the potential to transition to a recurring monthly contractor arrangement based on performance and ongoing business needs.

What You Will Do
Business Analysis and Requirements Documentation
• Participate in selected client, implementation, product, integration, and internal requirements discussions.
• Review Fireflies AI transcripts, meeting recordings, notes, process documentation, and supporting materials.
• Identify and document business needs, current processes, desired outcomes, business rules, exceptions, dependencies, and open questions.
• Translate approved requirements into Jira epics, user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, validation steps, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate follow-up when requirements are incomplete, unclear, or contradictory.
