Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a remote, contract role responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to customers in the U.S. energy sector. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves documenting interactions, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.



The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes, maintain accurate records in support systems, and contribute to FAQ and knowledge base content. Consistent, clear communication and a focus on high-quality service are essential to success in this role.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience managing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including empathy, active listening, and clear communication across diverse customer groups.
Ability to provide basic Technical Support, including troubleshooting common problems and using support tools or ticketing systems.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify patterns, and suggest improvements to processes or service quality.
Proficiency in written and spoken English; Spanish or Portuguese language
