The Market Insights Associate is a key contributor responsible for evaluating product-level engagement, categorizing client data, and executing standardized data pulls. Working within the centralized Market Insights team, this role focuses heavily on analyzing client engagement with Ansira’s solutions and providing basic reporting support. The Associate works under established processes and receives regular guidance, with responsibility for accurate execution and timely escalation of issues. By organizing, cleaning, and QA-ing engagement data, the Analyst directly empowers Client Growth (CG) and Business Development teams with accurate, template-based slides and recurring benchmarks to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), prospect pitches, and nurture campaigns.
What You'll Do
Product Engagement & Data Analysis
Evaluate and track product-level engagement across the client portfolio, identifying trends, usage patterns, and areas for optimization.
Categorize client data and product adoption metrics by industry, vertical, and segment to establish baseline benchmarks.
Partner with Analytics and Platform teams to pull, clean, and synthesize historical performance data into actionable insights.
Data Asset Creation & Reporting Structure
Translate raw product engagement data into recurring benchmarks and template-based slides that highlight value and growth opportunities.
Populate template-based slides with accurate, verified data for use in QBRs and business reviews.
Support the creation of collateral for prospect pitches and marketing nurture campaigns by providing verified data points and vertical-specific recurring benchmarks.
Provide basic reporting support and recurring data updates for Client Partner (CP) teams.
Internal Enablement & Support
Provide day-to-day analytical support to Strategists and CP teams, delivering recurring and clearly defined reporting request.
