We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation, including discovery, depositions, CMEs/IMEs, mediation, settlement, and trial preparation. This role requires strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage litigated personal injury cases from transfer through resolution.
Coordinate discovery, document production, and court filings.
Gather and organize evidence, medical records, and case documentation.
Schedule and prepare depositions, CMEs/IMEs, and mediations.
Prepare Med Charts and track liens, balances, and treatment records.
Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and Filevine records.
Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel.




Support settlement processing and case closure activities.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Senior Legal Assistant in a personal injury law firm.
Knowledge of Florida civil litigation procedures.
Experience with discovery, depositions, mediation, and case management.
Proficiency with Filevine or similar legal case management software.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred
5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
Experience with the Florida e-Filing Portal.
Familiarity with LexisNexis.
Trial preparation experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
