Role Description The Owner at King Fahd University Hospital is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bogota, D.C. This position is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategic direction of the hospital, ensuring alignment with clinical, academic, and operational goals. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing executive leadership, reviewing financial and operational performance, making decisions on investments and resource allocation, and guiding long-term growth plans. The Owner collaborates with medical, administrative, and academic leaders to uphold quality standards, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care. Additional responsibilities include fostering key external partnerships, supporting major organizational initiatives, and ensuring that the hospital’s mission and values are reflected in all operations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare, hospital administration, or large-scale organizational management.
Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and governance skills,



with a track record of overseeing complex operations.
Solid financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and evaluating investment opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, academic, and administrative stakeholders.
Deep understanding of healthcare quality standards, patient safety principles, and regulatory requirements.
Experience working in or with teaching hospitals or academic medical centers is highly beneficial.
Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, medicine, or a related field preferred, or equivalent senior leadership experience.
High ethical standards, commitment to equity and inclusion, and ability to represent the organization with professionalism in public and private forums.
