The Opportunity
We're seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Scrum Master. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in Customer Success or Customer Management who is eager to apply their communication skills and client-facing experience to Agile project management.
Timezone overlap. Based in Colombia, Peru or Ecuador (UTC-5), with reliable availability through US West Coast working hours (Pacific Time).
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams on Agile best practices
Serve as a liaison between development teams and stakeholders
Identify and remove impediments to team progress
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
Apply your customer service skills to enhance team and client relationships
Qualifications
Proven experience in Customer Success or Customer Management roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum certification is a plus, but not required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills
