At Sii Group Colombia, we are looking for a Junior Python Developer with knowledge or experience in DevOps environments to join an international project.
We are looking for a junior professional with a strong foundation in Python development, an interest in automation, and exposure to DevOps tools and practices.

What will you do?
• Develop and maintain solutions and automation using Python.
• Support process automation and continuous improvement following DevOps practices.
• Work with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in platform incident management and resolution, including On-Call rotations.
• Collaborate on resolving technical incidents and coordinating dependencies across different teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, operational meetings, and activity tracking within a Scrum framework.
What are we looking for?
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Knowledge or experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge or experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Jenkins and/or ArgoCD.
• Experience working with GitHub.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
• B2 English level or higher, required for daily communication with the international team.
