Now Hiring: Accounting Clerk – Medellín, Colombia (On-Site)
Barakat + Bossa, a U.S.-based law firm, is seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our Administrative Resource Center in Medellín.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Medellín. You will support our Accounting Department by handling core accounting tasks and collaborating closely with our U.S.-based team. This role is idóneo for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities:
Support accounts payable and receivable
Enter and reconcile data in accounting systems (QuickBooks, Clio Manage, or similar)
Assist with monthly invoicing and billing review
Help with month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Track expenses, process reimbursements, and assist with vendor coordination
Communicate regularly with U.S.-based finance and operations teams




Provide support with reports and general administrative accounting tasks

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role
English proficiency at C2 level (reading and writing) is required
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks a plus)
Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours

Compensation & Benefits:
