We are looking for an Account Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in digital advertising and performance marketing to support our clients throughout onboarding and day-to-day advertising operations.
This role focuses on ensuring clients are successfully activated, their advertising infrastructure is correctly configured, and operational issues are resolved efficiently.
This is not a media buying role. However, you should have a solid understanding of how paid advertising works and be comfortable working with advertising platforms, account structures, campaign performance, and common operational issues.
What you'll do
Manage client onboarding and operational requests from activation through ongoing support.
Guide clients through advertising account setup, verification, and platform requirements.
Review account configurations to identify operational issues, missing assets, or compliance blockers.
Use your understanding of performance marketing to identify potential operational or account-level issues.
Coordinate with Compliance, Performance, Finance,



and Partnerships to resolve client requests efficiently.
Track client progress, follow up on outstanding actions, and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
Troubleshoot advertising account and platform-related issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation, internal notes, and operational records.
Monitor client health from an operational perspective and proactively identify risks that may impact activation or service delivery.
Ensure internal processes, SLAs, and operational standards are consistently followed.
What we're looking for
Hands-on experience in digital advertising and performance marketing, preferably working with or supporting paid media accounts.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Business Manager, and advertising account structures.
Understanding of key performance marketing concepts such as ad spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and
