Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Experience Required: 4–6 Years

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate with 4–6 years of experience in delivering exceptional customer support, ideally in the SaaS or IT/Healthcare IT space. This role requires a customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support through various channels, including live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues on a sophisticated SaaS platform—resolving directly or collaborating with subject matter experts.
Educate customers on product features and direct them to appropriate documentation or self-help resources.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to escalate customer feedback and feature suggestions to the Product team.
Contribute to the training and development of our growing Support function.
Proactively identify and recommend improvements in systems, workflows, policies, and support processes.





Required Skills:
Experience:
4–6 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Success roles.
Proven career progression with demonstrated leadership or impact.
Experience supporting enterprise (B2B) clients in a SaaS environment.
Familiarity with IT or Healthcare IT domains is preferred.

Comfortable working flexible hours as needed to support integral teams.
