About the Role
We are looking for a Designer / Content Creator who understands that content is not
just visual, but a key driver of performance and revenue.
This role combines:
Content creation (video + design)
AI assisted content production
Brand aesthetic execution
You will be responsible for creating content that builds trust, communicates value, and
drives conversions, while leveraging AI tools to increase speed, volume, and testing
capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, paid ads)
Design static content (carousels, product visuals, social assets)
Produce and edit UGC-style content
Plan product and lifestyle recording content when needed

AI Driven Content Production




Use AI tools to accelerate content creation (editing, scripting, variations)
Generate multiple creative angles and hooks efficiently
Support rapid iteration for ad testing
Maintain brand consistency while using AI outputs

Performance Creative
Develop creatives for Meta Ads (primary channel)
Produce multiple variations for testing
Optimize content based on performance (CTR, watch time, conversions)
Brand Execution
Maintain a clean, minimal, premium visual identity
Ensure consistency across social media, ads, and website
Ecommerce Support
Design assets for product pages and landing pages
Support email marketing visuals (Klaviyo or similar)
Improve product communication through visuals
Collaboration
Work with ecommerce, paid media, and brand direction teams
Contribute to content planning and campaign ideas
Manage Content Library (Raw material + edited)
