We're a residential cleaning company serving the South Bay Area of California. We're small, growing fast, and we run lean — which means the person in this role has real ownership from week one, not busywork.
We're hiring one part-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Operations Assistant to cover our evenings and Saturdays. You'll work alongside our Operations Lead, who handles daytime.
The schedule
Mon–Fri, 3:00–7:00 PM Pacific
Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific
This is a fixed schedule, not adaptable hours. If you're in Colombia or Mexico, that's roughly 5–9 PM and 11 AM–7 PM local. Please only apply if these hours work for you long-term.
What you'll do
Respond to inbound customer texts — fast, friendly, in plain English
Ask the right questions to qualify new leads (home size, location, what they need)
Follow up with people who asked for a quote and went quiet
Coordinate with our cleaning team in Spanish on scheduling and day-of logistics
Keep our systems (Airtable, CRM) accurate and current




Hand off cleanly to the daytime team at end of shift
You will not be cold calling or doing sales pressure. Our customers reach out to us. Your job is to respond quickly, be helpful, and keep things moving.
What we need
Fluent written English and Spanish. You'll text customers in English and our cleaners in Spanish, often in the same hour. Both need to sound natural — customers can't tell you're not in the office
Genuinely reliable. If you say you're online at 3, you're online at 3
Comfortable texting all day and switching between conversations
Stable internet, a computer, and a quiet place to work
Follows a process exactly, and asks when something falls outside it
Bonus: experience with home services, scheduling, or CRM tools

$800–$1,300 USD per month once you're fully certified on our process, paid weekly.
