Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a remote marketing and e-commerce team.
Oversee growth strategies across all online sales channels.
Analyze and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Improve e-commerce conversion rates and drive online sales growth.
Set priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time.




Collaborate with the creative team to enhance the customer experience.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, and others).
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Coordinate cross-functional projects across different departments.
Provide remote support to the commercial and e-commerce operations when needed.
Prepare performance reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
Must reside in Colombia.
C1 English proficiency (spoken and written).
Minimum 3 years of experience leading remote teams in marketing, sales, or e-commerce.
Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales.
Proven experience managing and developing teams.
Previous experience working in fully remote organizations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Highly results-oriented with strong analytic
