Orion Orthopedic & Spine is a Texas-based pain management clinic supporting car accident patients through their recovery. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate and follow up with patients
Schedule and manage appointments
Perform patient triage calls
Process referrals using Adobe
Call facilities to obtain medical records and reports
Assist with documentation and EHR updates
Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
Experience in the medical field (required)
Virtual Assistant or customer service experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
C1 English (required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST
Pay: Starting at $5 USD/hour
