About the Role
8 Limbs Creative is hiring an Outbound Caller to contact and follow up with leads generated through our clients’ advertising campaigns. The primary responsibility of this role is to call new and existing leads, determine whether they meet the client’s qualification criteria, schedule consultations, and maintain consistent follow-up until the lead is connected with the client’s team or reaches a final disposition.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to new leads as soon as they enter the CRM.
Follow up consistently with new, unresponsive, and previously contacted leads through phone calls, text messages, and email.
Qualify leads using client-specific scripts, intake questions, and eligibility criteria.
Gather complete and accurate information from each potential client.
Handle common objections and keep conversations moving toward the appropriate next step.
Schedule consultations, evaluations, or appointments directly on the client’s calendar.




Warm-transfer qualified leads to the appropriate client representative when required.
Clearly explain the intake process and next steps without providing legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Document every contact attempt, conversation, and outcome in the CRM.
Update lead statuses, pipeline stages, appointment outcomes, notes, and follow-up tasks accurately.
Maintain consistent follow-up until the lead is contacted, qualified, disqualified, converted, or otherwise reaches a final disposition.
Identify urgent, high-value, or time-sensitive opportunities and escalate them promptly.
Follow established scripts while communicating naturally, confidently, and professionally.
Report recurring objections, lead-quality concerns, and intake issues to the internal account management and advertising teams.
Protect confidential information and follow all client-specific privacy, compliance, and data-handling requirements.
