We're looking for a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce Coordinator who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. If you're passionate about digital commerce, online sales growth, process optimization, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, this opportunity is for you.

Initially, this role will have a strong focus on managing and growing our Mercado Libre operation. Over time, the position will expand to support the company's broader Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy and additional online sales channels.

? What You'll Do:

?️ Manage the daily operation and growth of our Mercado Libre account and marketplace business.

? Create, optimize, and maintain product listings to maximize visibility, conversion, and sales performance.

? Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, advertising ROI, and product positioning to identify growth opportunities.

? Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase online sales, competitiveness, and marketplace performance.





? Manage promotions, sponsored ads, pricing strategies, and seasonal campaigns across marketplace platforms.

? Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to continuously improve performance.

? Support the expansion of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business and future e-commerce channels.

? Coordinate commercial, operational, and cross-functional activities related to the online business.

? Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision making.

⚙️ Continuously improve e-commerce processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

? What You Bring:

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

? 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or digital sales operations.

? Strong hands-on experience managing Mercado Libre or similar marketplace platforms
