Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator / Scheduler to join our Logistics team. The idóneo candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in scheduling, logistics coordination, or a related operational role. This position is responsible for coordinating pickup and delivery appointments, managing order entry activities, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule pickup and delivery appointments for multiple customers using different platforms and email channels.
Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to obtain appointment dates and confirmations.
Enter and maintain accurate order and shipment information in the appropriate systems.
Monitor appointment schedules and follow up on pending confirmations or changes.
Ensure all scheduling information is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
Support recurring operational activities and provide cross-functional assistance to customers and internal partners.




Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders regarding scheduling updates, delays, and operational requirements.
Identify and resolve scheduling or order entry issues using analytical and critical thinking skills.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within logistics systems.
Perform additional logistics and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

6+ months of experience in scheduling, logistics coordination, order entry, or a related role.
Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Scheduling is preferred.
Education in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but not required with relevant experience.
Experience using McLeod or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Strong written and verbal communication ski
