Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transportation Operations Coordinator to join our Logistics team. Despite the client's current title of Carrier Sales Representative, this position is focused on transportation operations, carrier coordination, onboarding, compliance, and shipment tracking rather than sales or rate negotiation.

The idóneo candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, carrier coordination, or transportation operations, with strong communication and customer service skills. This role requires someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily transportation operations and carrier activities.
Support the carrier onboarding, compliance, and vetting processes.
Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers and transportation partners.
Coordinate loads and shipments, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Monitor shipment status and proactively address potential delays or operational issues.




Communicate with carriers, customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment requirements and updates.
Review and maintain accurate transportation documentation.
Assist with dispatch and load planning activities as needed.
Resolve operational issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the transportation process.
Work independently and take initiative when operational challenges arise.
Maintain accurate information in transportation systems and follow established processes.
Perform additional logistics and operational duties as assigned.

1–2 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation Operations, Dispatch, Carrier Coordination, or a related field.
Experience with carrier onboarding, compliance, and vetting.
