SASE Professional Services Consultant – Palo Alto Networks

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SASE Professional Services Consultant to join our team in Medellín and support enterprise customers in the design, deployment, migration and optimization of Palo Alto Networks SASE solutions.
The adecuado candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks, Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN and GlobalProtect, combined with advanced networking, SASE / Zero Trust architectures, identity integration and enterprise customer-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement SASE architectures for enterprise customers.
Deploy and configure Prisma Access, including GlobalProtect, Mobile Users, Remote Networks and Service Connections.




Implement and optimize Prisma SD-WAN solutions.
Lead migrations from traditional VPN, proxy and on-premise security infrastructure to cloud-delivered SASE architectures.
Configure and troubleshoot IPSec and GRE tunnels.
Work with BGP, OSPF and Policy-Based Forwarding (PBF).
Configure security policies, URL Filtering and SSL/TLS inspection.
Integrate SASE solutions with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Okta or similar IdPs.
Work with SAML, RADIUS and MFA.
Troubleshoot network, security, routing and cloud connectivity issues.
Conduct technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions and customer training.
Create technical documentation, implementation plans and deployment procedures.
Work directly with enterprise customers and internal technical teams.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Network Security, Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Network Engineering or Solutions Architecture
