We’re looking for a Chief of Staff – Project Engineer to work closely with executive leadership and engineering teams, ensuring strategic projects remain on track, risks are identified early, and priorities are executed effectively.

? What You’ll Do
* Lead the coordination and follow-up of strategic engineering projects.
* Maintain complete visibility of project status, priorities, milestones, risks, and deadlines.
* Coordinate cross-functional communication between engineering, operations, leadership, and other stakeholders.
* Schedule and lead meetings in English, ensuring clear objectives and effective follow-up.
* Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and executive summaries.
* Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.
* Ensure accountability across teams and follow up on open action items.
* Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs to provide leadership with clear project visibility.




* Proactively identify risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks, coordinating mitigation plans before they impact project delivery.
* Support the CEO and leadership team in the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.

? What We’re Looking For
✔️ Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
✔️ Strong experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or PMO environments.
✔️ Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
✔️ Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
✔️ Experience creating dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Power BI, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
✔️ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
